Overtime: Time and a half after 10 hours

About the Role Recruit A Driver is looking for experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to work on a long-standing CHEP pallets contract from an unmanned trailer site in Wakefield.
This is regional flatbed work involving approximately 3 drops and 3 collections per shift.
The Role • Drive automatic flatbed vehicles on regional routes
• Safely secure palletised loads using ratchets and straps
• Follow delivery instructions, with regular trailer numbers provided by text
• Use a smartphone for the delivery app
• Complete daily vehicle checks and required paperwork
• Work independently while maintaining safe and professional standards
Requirements • Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Minimum 12 months' Class 2 experience
• Minimum 6 months' flatbed experience
• Confident using ratchets and straps
• Own smartphone
• Reliable and professional approach
