Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance and support to the management team on all HR-related matters.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
Ensure the development and implementation of effective HR policies, procedures, and practises.
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop targeted learning and development programmes.
Manage the performance appraisal process and support managers in setting and achieving performance goals.
Stay up to date with employment legislation and ensure compliance across the organisation.
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of HR best practises, policies, and procedures.
Strong understanding of employment legislation and its practical application.
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior stakeholders.
Experience managing employee relations and handling complex HR issues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
CIPD or equivalent HR qualification is desirable.
