The Job You’ll Do;
Fault finding, repair and service of a variety of electronic equipment, including PCBs, drives, inverters, motors, power supplies etc.
Attending breakdowns at customer sites when required, either performing on-site fault diagnosis and repair, or bringing faulty components back to company HQ for repair.
Liaising with on-site engineers at customer locations around the Northeast.
Occasional component programming (training provided), with a wide range of models from Allen Bradley and Siemens to Mitsubishi.
Handling installations of components and devices at customer locations.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both customers and the internal team of engineers.
Working, on occasion, without circuit diagrams.
About You;
Possess a keen interest in electronics, and a desire to learn and develop within the industry.
Relevant Electrical/Electronic qualifications or experience (Ideally HND)
3+ years industry experience
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
IT literate.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Consistent attendance and work ethic.
