As one of our new Team Leaders, you will be required to effectively lead, manage, and develop a team of Claims Handlers to ensure they provide the very highest standards of customer service, ensuring that each vehicle incident is managed to a speedy and professional resolution, whilst maintaining a strong focus on operational targets; performance improvement and driving the team to success.

Salary- £25,732.57 - £32,126.61 per annum depending on experience, plus a quarterly bonus. Annual leave - 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. About you • You're a proven people manager (ideally from a motor insurance/ contact centre background) with strong communication and leading skills. • You have a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a busy environment.• You have an engaging personality with excellent communication and proven people management skills.• You excel in your ability to get the best out of your team members, through strong hands-on coaching and performance management.• You’re highly customer and delivery focused, you thrive on working in a target driven environment where performance improvements and innovation are constantly being pursued.• You possess a well-developed sense of financial awareness, you are someone who can see the bigger picture and work closely with peers and line managers to ensure delivery against SLA's and targets
