Senior Software Engineer

Founding engineering in the UK office. Working with international teams to build the product suite, tailored for the UK clients. You will support the growth of the team, leading on technical decision, processes, ways of working and creating the engineering culture for the UK.

Lead Software Engineer

Back-end bias engineering, with some complex software to tackle but with lots of support, investment in the necessary tech, and opportunity to create neat solutions.

The role

• Implementing software solutions to meet business logic
• Designing and building REST APIs and integrating components into large system landscapes
• Actively contributing to the creation and development of the UK products
• Working with automated testing and performance optimisation

What you bring

• Ideally relevant qualifications such as Computer Science degree
• Strong coding background in Java, or C# or similar; experience with cloud technologies (AWS or similar)
• A structured, self‑driven team player who enjoys collaboration as well as deep, focused work
• Ideally experience integrating with enterprise ecosystems in pensions/insurance
