Job Description

Behaviour Mentor

Empowering Learning Ltd are looking for SEND HLTA for a special needs school in Farnborough and surrounding areas.

We are looking for outstanding and SEN experienced Teaching Assistants who are dedicated to supporting children in a classroom setting or on a 1:1 basis. The schools cater for children with varied SEND needs such as ADHD, Dyslexia, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties.

Role starting ASAP

The role is to work in a school.

They are seeking a Higher-level TA, Learning Support
Hours of work 8.30 to 4 pm.
Working with challenging behaviour.
Starting ASAP

To be considered for the position you must have the following:

Experience supporting children with learning difficulties or disabilities.
Comfortable working with challenging behaviour.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and students.
