City Auction Group are looking to Recruit an ambitious Buyer Services Executive for our Peterborough Auction Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a rapidly-growing automotive business. Working within the sales team the candidate will develop relationships with both existing and potential new buyers, Support the ambitious growth plans for 2024 and support buyers with any pre and post sale needs.

Responsibilities
Research and identify sales leads/ potential clients online as well as using social media to identify new opportunities
Demonstrate the benefits of purchasing stock through City Auction Group instead of other remarketing channels.
Contacting potential clients via email, Phone, text to establish rapport and set up new accounts
Opening of Buyer accounts and encouraging purchasing both physical and online.
Identifying key decision makers within in the business and updating our system with contact information
Negotiating terms by phone, email and in person
Maintaining and growing new clients to gain maximum purchase volume.
Responsible for dormant buyer management, identifying trends, re-engaging regularly
Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the auction business
