Head chef

Job Description

Head chef required for a restaurant in NW6 area of London, this is a fresh food restaurant part of a small group. The restaurant offers freshly sourced ingredients and use great fresh meats/fish. They are looking for a Head chef with a fresh food background, 45-60k, part small group, nice-sized restaurants.

The role
As a Head chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen, you have a strong sous chef already inplace who is very experienced under you and a team of other chefs. You will ensure everything runs smoothly, manage the pass and be hands on with cooking as well. This head chef role will include all the standard head chef duties.

Experience
We are looking for a head chef with good organisation skills, good knife skills, able to run a fresh food kitchen and good food hygiene knowledge
