HGV Class 2 Driver – £1,500 Joining Bonus* £16.00 per hour | Permanent role | Monday to Friday

A permanent driving role with a shift pattern you can rely on Move-It Express, part of the Currie Solutions Group, is looking for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our friendly and experienced team in Livingston.
This is a permanent position offering guaranteed Monday-to-Friday work, excellent earning opportunities and the backing of a dedicated depot and traffic team. You'll drive modern, well-maintained vehicles while completing palletised deliveries and collections across Edinburgh, the Lothians and surrounding areas.
What you'll receive £1,500 joining bonus *
£16.00 per hour
Guaranteed Monday-to-Friday work
Only one Saturday every eight weeks

The role Your typical duties will include:
Completing palletised multidrop deliveries and collections
Carrying out daily vehicle and safety checks
Securing loads safely and correctly
Completing delivery paperwork and electronic PODs
Providing a professional and helpful service to customers
Following drivers' hours, Working Time Directive and company procedures
Keeping in contact with the depot throughout your shift
What we're looking for To be considered, you'll need:
A valid Category C/HGV Class 2 driving licence
A valid Driver CPC
A valid digital tachograph card
Previous Class 2 driving experience
A good understanding of drivers' hours and road transport legislation
A reliable, flexible and safety-conscious approach
Good communication and customer service skills
The ability to carry out the physical duties involved in multidrop deliveries
