Lead the management of contracts and agreements
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations

Oversee the financial performance of contracts
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers
Profile
Qualifications in Electrical or mechanical systems.
Knowledge and understanding of the Property industry
Strong leadership abilities
