To be successful in this role, you will need:- A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent or higher!- A minimum of 3 months Experience of working with children with disabilities or special educational needs- A positive, caring, and resilient attitude- A commitment to ongoing learning and development- Ability to commit to twelve shifts day/night are both available
-Experience of working in an outstanding service is preferred
In return, the client offers:- A salary starting at £12 per hour raising within the first year. With the additional increase for passing probation, length of service and additional qualifications- This a company that believes in investing in their staff from improving the home for all uses including staff, to developing you with continuous professional development.
