About the Female Support Worker role:
In this role, you'll be supporting a lady with a learning disability and autism to fulfil her ambition of living within her own home. We require support workers with experience in lone working and knowledge of autism.

What do you need to become our Female Support Worker?
Hold a full UK driving licence is essential and be comfortable driving a mobility vehicle
Previous experience supporting adults with mental health and complex behaviours
Ability to work weekends and do sleep-ins shifts
Compassionate, Caring and Confident
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident, articulate, and professional
Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems
