WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Joining as our Account Manager you will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. Day to day this will include communicating campaign performance, ideating strategies and overseeing execution across the whole agency. We are looking for an individual that loves fostering long term relationships and that can offer support and guidance through tricky and busy times! You will provide proactive insights to suggest how campaigns can be better optimised and then feedback on this to clients to make suggestions for improvement. Working cross-functionally with other teams you will ensure all projects are delivered on time and to an acceptable standard. Finally, you will be available for continuous contact with clients through face to face meetings, video calls and phones calls.
