We are looking for an exceptional couple to live-in and run our destination country pub.
The property is well known for great food, and we already have a following.
We want the Chef to make the kitchen his/her own, running a distinct seasonal menu using all local produce.
The GM will run FOH will flair and a huge welcome.
For you:
£70,000 joint salary, plus:
