GenAI Full-Stack Engineer

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need 3-5 years of relevant software development experience building and shipping high-quality software.
• We need strong proficiency in Python and deep understanding of either frontend development with TypeScript and React or backend development with Go.
• We need proven experience working on AI-enabled or Generative AI solutions, preferably in an enterprise setting.
• We need hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, containers, microservices, and event‑driven architectures.
• We need a solid understanding of distributed systems, resiliency patterns, scalability, and performance engineering.
• We need knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as API design and integration patterns.
• We need strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• We need a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Desirable experience includes financial services or other regulated industries.
• Desirable experience includes contributions to open‑source projects.
• Desirable experience includes MLOps and deployment of machine learning models.

Responsibilities:

• We will build impactful GenAI solutions and contribute to the design and delivery of our new GenAI platforms.
• We will shape the technical direction of our full‑stack ecosystems across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud services, and platform components.
• We will collaborate with technology and business partners to align our application strategy with organisational priorities and deliver key business projects.
• We will promote and apply DevSecOps principles, engineering best practices, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• We will support the adoption of our developer platforms, automation capabilities, and enterprise engineering standards.
• We will mentor and advise other team members, using our judgment and autonomy to drive projects forward.
