Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telemarketing Executive to join their fast-growing business. Earn up to £28,000 pro rata , not to mention perks such as a commission structure, flexible working hours, and up to 13 weeks holidays !
Although primarily home-based, you are required to be within a one-hour drive of the Boroughbridge office in North Yorkshire.

The Telemarketing Executive Role:
Your role will be crucial in expanding the company’s reach and fostering relationships with potential clients in the education sector.
While the primary location for this role is home-based, it is essential for the successful candidate to be situated within a one-hour drive of our client’s Boroughbridge office in North Yorkshire. Comprehensive training will be provided from there, emphasising the importance of geographic proximity for optimal onboarding and team integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to schools, showcasing our expertise and understanding their specific needs to position our services effectively
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers within schools
Clearly and concisely present the features and benefits of the services on offer
Overcome objections and handle customer inquiries confidently, building trust and rapport
Schedule appointments for our consultants to discuss services with interested schools
Maintain detailed call records and update customer information in the CRM system
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications and Skills:
While prior experience in Telemarketing, Sales or a related field is highly desirable, it is crucially that you have the following skills and characteristics:
Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a natural ability to build rapport over the phone
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals
Active listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs and pain points
Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
A track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
A passionate individual who cares about schools and the prospects of children
