Post Recruitment are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join an extremely successful family run business based in Yeadon

This is a 100% sales focused and target driven business-to-business (b2b) role consisting of cold calling and lead generation with a view to making appointments.

Accountabilities:

Correctly qualify the company and ensure reaching decision makers

Call prospects to arrange meetings

Provide prospects with required information in professional format

Build relationships with the Decision Makers, diarising call backs and cancellations

Resilience and the capacity to grow adapt to an ever-changing work environment.

Achieve all daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s

To attend and fully participate in on-going training and development, regular performance reviews, monthly one to one meetings and company appraisal system

Contribute to overall team effort to ensure company new business targets are consistently achieved

Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company

Adhere to the company and department standards, policies and procedures.

Adhere to data protection guidelines, ensuring all prospects are aware that all calls are recorded

Person Specification

Excellent planning/organisational skills

Creative and able to implement initiatives to improve sales techniques

B2B Tele-sales experience

Experience of working within a fast-paced, highly competitive tele-sales environment

The ideal candidate will have and can demonstrate
