Job Overview: The Administrative Assistant will support the General Manager by handling a variety of administrative tasks including data input, compliance monitoring, financial documentation, and research. This role is ideal for an individual with strong organisational skills, a good grasp of numbers, and a keenness to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

Input and manage data within the company’s CRM system.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data, performing regular checks and updates.

Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed for analysis and decision-making.

Compliance and Research:

Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Conduct research on industry trends, potential vendors, and market opportunities.

Prepare compliance and research reports for review by the General Manager.

Financial Assistance:

Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense reports, and budget tracking.

Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and accuracy.

General Administrative Support:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize company events.

Handle correspondence and communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.

Provide general support to visitors and resolve administrative problems.

Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstration of academic or relevant experience in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
