Job Description

IBM in the United Kingdom (Hursley) is seeking a senior software engineer to build the next-generation network data plane for Confluent Cloud at scale. You will design, develop, and operate high-performance distributed systems with operational ownership and cross-team collaboration.

Strong skills in C++, Go, and Python, plus Kubernetes and cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP), are required. You will mentor engineers and drive projects from design through production in a fast-growing environment.
