Tunbridge Wells

£27,000 - £29,000 per annum

Hours: 8-5pm Onsite - Monday - Friday

Our client, a dynamic and innovative organisation in the engineering sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Administrator to join their thriving team in Royal Tunbridge Wells. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring the seamless flow of operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the dispatch of products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch administration and inventory levels.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient logistics operations.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues related to dispatch and logistics.
  • Assist with the planning and scheduling of shipments to optimise workflow.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a dispatch/warehouse or logistics role or a willing to learn.
  • Strong administration/organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Inventory management software
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
