The service you will be based at is a 10 minute walk from North Acton and Harlesden stations. There are many amenities around, such as local shops and buses. The service consists of 99 flats providing personal care.You will have advanced skills in positive communication and engagement, and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all of our service users. You will (alongside members of the person’s support circle) empower individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals. As a successful candidate, you will receive a full local and corporate induction, and attain a level 3 certificate in ‘Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care’.
