Location: Predominantly remote – London presence 1–2 days per month

Security Clearance: SC

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud & Platform Engineer to take ownership of the design, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of secure, highly available platform services. This role focuses on enabling modern, cloud-first solutions across hybrid and public cloud environments, with Azure at the core.

Key Responsibilities

Owning the end-to-end delivery of enterprise‑scale cloud and platform initiatives
Architecting and implementing robust, secure Azure‑based platforms
Championing automation and repeatability through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Enabling and supporting large‑scale cloud adoption and modernisation programmes
Acting as a technical authority, clearly articulating solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences

About You

Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including networking, identity, security, and both PaaS and IaaS services
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation (Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Solid grounding in Windows and Linux systems, hybrid identity models, IAM, and cloud security best practices
Familiarity with AWS, FinOps, AI‑enabled tooling, Kubernetes, or VMware would be beneficial
A track record of delivering resilient, enterprise‑grade cloud and infrastructure platforms
