Kitchen Planner

IKEA Exeter are looking to welcome Kitchen Planner to join our hardworking Sales team.

Do you have a knack for making customers feel like they've just stepped into their dream home? If so, we want you on our team! As a Kitchen Sales Specialist (What we call our Kitchen Planners in IKEA), you'll be the hero our customers didn't know they needed, guiding them through the maze of kitchen wonders and helping them to plan and design their dream kitchen.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be 31st October 2026. • The starting salary for this role is £27,540.78 per annum, based on competence and experience. • 39 Hours working 5 days per week including a variety of shifts, covering days, evenings and alternate weekends. Availability required until 9.30pm 2 evening per week. • We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Experience in kitchen planning is an advantage, but what matters most is your ability to form connections with customers, drawing on your sales, retail, or customer service experience. You'll bring a keen interest in their home life to provide truly personalised solutions. • Experience of working in a customer and commercial-oriented business, with an interest in people's everyday life at home within their kitchen. • Confidence in taking initiative, adjusting to new circumstances, finding solutions to complex issues, and engaging customers clearly. </...
