We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work for a fantastic organisiation based in Eastleigh. They are a super friendly and supportive team. Ideally, you would have some previous experience within Customer Service; training will be provided. You will be providing quality customer service through telephone and email.
The Role
This is a busy all round customer service role where you will be responsible for a large variety of tasks including:
Responding quickly and effectively to customer queries.
Provide the highest level of customer service.
Answering inbound calls and emails.
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
The Ideal Candidate
In order to be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills. You should also be confident and professional in your approach and need to have a friendly but efficient manner when talking to customers. You must also have good attention to detail and have strong computer skills. Good listening skills are paramount, as is the enthusiasm to provide an excellent level of customer service.
This company really cares about their customers, so it is important that you also have that care factor.
Additional Information
There is the option to work from home a couple of days a week one the training is completed.
