Purchase Ledger Assistant

This is a new opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a multi-million pound manufacturing business based in Sheffield.

Managing the purchase ledger inbox.

Matching voices to purchase orders.

Sending invoices out for approval.

Processing payments including US Dollars and Euro's.

Reconciling statements.

Dealing with queries.

Other ad hoc duties as required.

Previous purchase ledger experience within manufacturing is preferred:

Experience with ERP systems would be an advantage.

The ability to process high volumes of invoices is essential.

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is required.

Excellent written and verbal skills are required.
