Key Duties:

Support teachers with fun lesson setups, hands-on activity prep, and lively classroom management.

Give dedicated 1-on-1 guidance to children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, speech & language needs) to help them shine.

Run high-energy small-group sessions in reading, writing, and math to turn learning into a game.

Help little learners adapt activities so everyone feels included and confident.

Requirements:

Proven experience in education, youth work, social care, or SEN support.

Strong communication skills and the confidence to connect with secondary-age students.
