RATE OF PAY: £12.98 per hour
CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time

If you live and breathe great hospitality and love being at the heart of the action, we want you! Tŷ Hotel Magor is looking for an energetic, hands‑on Front Office Supervisor to help shape unforgettable guest experiences from check‑in to check‑out.

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident leader with a natural people‑first approach
  • Calm, organised, and able to thrive under pressure
  • Someone with strong operational experience in the Rooms Division
  • Passionate about delivering amazing service in a fast‑paced environment
  • A team motivator who loves coaching and inspiring others
  • Experience with Opera PMS is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll happily train you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the Front of House team during your shift
  • Deliver outstanding guest service from arrival to departure
  • Ensure all front office standards are followed and upheld
  • Support ongoing training to keep the team confident and skilledCreate a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel right at home
