My client, a highly-regarded law firm, is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join their friendly and supportive Commercial Litigation team in the Manchester office. Within the role you will be responsible for:
* Undertaking file opening and related procedures in accordance with the Quality Manual.
* Undertaking Anti-Money Laundering and ID checks in accordance with firm policy.
* Helping with good document management and matter and client records.
* Preparing document bundles using bundle software
* Filing documents with court using CE-Filing.
* Taking responsibility for ensuring all court dates and deadlines are diarised.
* Where appropriate, liaising with clients.
* Carrying out photocopying and scanning and various online filing duties.
* Organise with team holiday charts.
* Deal with incoming and outgoing post for the team.
* Handling, amending and being responsible for legal documents – attention to detail is essential.
