As a 12-month fixed-term contract , this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on key business-critical projects while working with modern technologies and a highly collaborative engineering team.

What you will be doing: Proven abilities in coaching technical performance within a team and across a business, setting technical objectives and measuring progress

Highlighting training requirements within a multi discipline agile team

Technical domain design skills

Technical debt identification and pay down

Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders

Advocate and leadership of design review

Technical evangelism

Able to implement patterns of enterprise architecture
