Learning Support Assistant

Location: Bradford

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive education team in Bradford.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting students with a range of learning needs, ensuring they can access education, develop confidence, and thrive both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.

Assist learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

Help students develop academic, social, and emotional skills.

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.

Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals.

Experience working with children or young people in an educational, care, or support setting.

A patient, empathetic, and positive approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong, professional relationships with students.
