The Skills You'll Need: Mandarin to excellent level, can read and type simplified Chinese. Sales experience in real estate or luxury goods, familiar with UK property market. Flexible to work on weekend shift.
Your New Salary: £25-30k basic (OTE £40-50k)
Job status: Permanent. Fully on site, with 5 days per week

Summary:
To provide a professional and efficient service to all prospective and current customers and to secure the required profitable sales with the aim of achieving financial targets the team.
Mandarin speaking Sales Consultant - What You'll be Doing:
Support the onsite sale team maintain presentation of the sales areas to the highest standard
Research the marketplace and use the data to sell above the competition
Effectively manage a sales database to optimise opportunities
Generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
Apply effective selling skills to exceed required profitable sales targets
Support progress secured reservations to completion
Anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise the cancellation rates
Ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal process
Effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
Work as a participative member of the China desk team
Effectively manage all sales administration to ensure that correct reporting is provided
Effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints and queries in a timely manner
Actively focus on self-development and the improvement of sales and sales management skills
Represent the company to the highest possible standards of business
Cover other sites when need
Conduct viewings of the marketing suites appropriate with agents and potential buyers from the Chinese market
Assist the Sales and Marketing teams in the preparation of onsite events for Chinese and international markets
Mandarin speaking Sales Consultant - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
Sales experience within the new homes, luxury goods or residential estate agency;
Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in Mandarin and English;
Experience dealing with high net worth individuals
Excellent customer service skills in line with the team of providing world-class service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience undertaking money laundering assessments
Proactive, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
Flexible, tolerant and reliable; credible, and comfortable in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders
Ability to appreciate "the big picture", whilst having a talent for detail & an inherent thoroughness in task approach, follow-up & completion
Show passion for making a difference to our customers
Build trusted relationships through clear communication
