In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving complex technical issues on industrial and pedestrian doors, providing support to Doors engineers across the UK, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.This position is based in Nottingham; you will be part of the Global Technical Help Desk team.What You’ll DoProvide remote and on-site technical support to Doors engineers, identifying root causes and solutionsLog cases to the Technical Helpdesk tool and direct to relevant expert when neededDeliver training to Doors engineers during site visits and through scheduled sessions, support local training centersSupport in assessing the maintainability (spare part availability, documentation, competences, maintenance need) of equipment before tendering for maintenance contractCreate and manage knowledge base articlesPurpose sales solutions (Packaged Service Repairs) to improve equipment reliability, comfort and safetyIdentify proactively root causes for the issues and forward corrective actions according to KONE Door Business (KDB) process requirements (e.g.
