Client Support Executive

My client is a fast-growing Wealth Management / Financial Planning firm which provides professional, face to face financial advice to clients throughout the UK, founded by an experienced team with a passion for excellent client experience and effective service delivery.
We are looking to recruit a Client Support Executive. In this position you'll be responsible for the smooth and efficient delivery of the Adviser Support process and Client Services Charter. Providing a responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to multiple Financial Advisers.
Specific duties of the role include:
General office administrative duties
Opening new cases on CMS and iBusiness
Updating CMS and iBusiness with client details
Processing Letter of Authority’s with Providers
Submitting requests for information
Requesting Investment valuation updates
Adviser pipeline management
Client Service Charter administration
IAF & OAF queries
Provide regular updates to Financial Adviser about case progression
Adviser diary management
Booking Client Appointments
Build a lasting relationship with all Clients and Stakeholders
This role is of key importance to the business and the successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience within secretarial and or administrative role/s within a fast-paced Client facing environment. You must have a great telephone manner, be well presented and have excellent organisational skills.
