Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Mortgage Advisor located in offices across Hertfordshire. The Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for offering independent and comprehensive mortgage advice, tailoring financial plans to clients’ needs, and guiding them throughout the mortgage process. This role includes assessing customer requirements, researching mortgage options, assembling required documentation, and providing expert advice on financial products and services. Building strong client relationships and staying updated on market trends to provide the best solutions are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Background in giving mortgage advice or working in financial services
  • CeMap Qualification or equivalent certification
  • Ability to work towards achieving CeMap Qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify suitable financial solutions
  • Ability to work on‑site in an office in Hertfordshire and meet clients’ needs in person
