Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Architect to join our team based at our West Midlands head office in Coleshill, Birmingham.

The Role

Are you an aspiring Trainee Architect looking to earn while you learn, gaining hands on industry experience?

Are you organised and analytical, with a keen interest in problem solving?

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skills and build a long term career with an established housebuilder?

Joining our team as Technical Trainee, you will be supported and mentored by our regional Technical team which will enable you to gain the skillset and understanding of the technical elements involved within the housebuilding process. This critical role within the housebuilding industry, is responsible for the design and engineering of our new homes, providing technical support from the initial construction phase through to the completion and handover of our homes.

Working in partnership with our preferred training provider, you will be enrolled on a day release apprenticeship programme, studying towards a relevant qualification.

Key duties and requirements

You will also be responsible for but not limited to;

Supporting the preparation of key technical information in order to support the Regional land team with land bids.
