DevOps Engineer (Azure & DevSecOps) Location: Lutterworth - Hybrid, 2days in the office per week
Salary: £55,000 + Benefits including pension + healthcare + Bonus + pref sharescheme + government electric car scheme,

The Mission You will design, secure, and scale our core Microsoft-based cloud infrastructure. Your focus will be automating pipelines, implementing GitOps principles, and shifting security left to protect complex Windows and Linux environments. Key Responsibilities CI/CD Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
Cloud & Platform Management: Optimise Azure and on-premises application environments.
Monitoring & Observability: Maintain monitoring, logging, and performance metrics across platforms.
Security & Compliance: Embed security best practices and ensure ISO/compliance standards are met.
Automation: Develop scripts and tools to improve efficiency and eliminate manual effort.
Collaboration: Partner with Dev and IT teams to support app delivery and resolve deployment issues.
ITIL Operations: Manage incidents, requests, and problem resolution across the DevOps and application stack.
Your Stack & Ecosystem Cloud: Azure (Full design & deployment)
Containers: Docker & Kubernetes (AKS)
CI/CD & GitOps: Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
Automation: PowerShell, Bash, or Python
What You Bring 3+ Years in DevOps: Solid experience, ideally in a regulated or security-focused sector.
Infrastructure Mastery: Strong Windows/Linux admin skills and complex networking knowledge.
Pipeline Automation: Proven track record building secure, modern deployment workflows.
Agile Mindset: Clear technical documentation skills and a collaborative approach to troubleshooting.
