The Role:
As the successful Risk & Compliance Team Leader, you will deliver an excellent client service, whilst managing and supervising a small team of compliance assistants.
Ensure that service is delivered in line with SRA, FCA, Ofcom, CSA, as well as key legislation such as GDPR and Money Laundering Regulations.
Ensure all training material is compliant with legislation
Perform due diligence on new and existing suppliers and undertake a range of audits.
Carry out checks on new businesses including conflict checks
Hold regular sessions with Team Leaders, Managers, and agents to ensure consistency
About You:
Ideal for Risk & Compliance professionals with proven experience of managing compliance, quality and audit processes, preferably in a collection's environment.
Key attributes include good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and managerial/supervisory experience
