Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective tenants both in-person and through various channels such as phone and online to address letting inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
Conduct viewings across our three blocks, showcasing the unique features and amenities of each unit to potential tenants.
Provide expert guidance to tenants, recommending the most suitable developments that align with their needs and preferences.
Handle administrative tasks efficiently, including tenant referencing and issuance of tenancies, ensuring seamless processes for all parties involved.
Collaborate effectively with the CRM team, offering support and expertise whenever necessary to enhance overall customer experience.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
