The Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making within the organisation in Tamworth.

This is a hybrid opportunity paying up to £55,000.

Description

  • Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, reports, and forecasts.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyse key financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and financial plans.
  • Support senior management with data-driven insights and financial modelling.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.

Profile

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or be Qualified by Experience.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data interpretation.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Able to commute to our client's office in Tamworth.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary between £50,000 and £55,000 per annum.
