Internal Sales Executive Location: Adlington, SK10 (Outside of Macclesfield) Remuneration: £26,000 + (depending on experience) + 10% bonus We are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to help maintain our continued growth within the commercial department of Protec International. The role will entail contacting existing customers, predominantly main contractors, from our extensive data base of live projects. You will promote Protec, our products and services to construction sites to help generate sales growth. You will be reporting to the National Key Account Manager for Commercial.As Internal Sales Executive, your typical day will include (but is not limited to): The key focus will be making out going calls to site teams, focusing on project managers, site managers, quantity surveyors and commercial managers
Logging all site activity on the CRM system
Promoting Protec’s products and services and increasing sales activity
Contributing towards the overall sales target
Working proactively within the commercial sales team and supporting colleagues with key site leads and information
Managing site follow ups and tasks and seeing the site journey from initial introduction to point of order
Building relationships with site teams
Liaise with Site Mangers to find out basic information about the scope of the project, key dates within the build program, key decision makers and ultimately who will be responsible for the procurement of our materials
You will be responsible for providing accurate and tangible data for the weekly, monthly and quarterly commercial meetings via running dashboard reports to support to department
You will be supporting the wider Commercial account management team via project status updates and internal management of accounts
Sending out supplementary marketing / brochures / samples to site and logging on CRM
Utilising Excel and internal CRM system to monitor the sales output

Be able to learn systems quickly, have an interest and knowledge of IT and confident in producing report and manipulating data
Have a high level of attention to detail and be able to look at the details to make sure it is being recorded and stored properly
Have a high level of numeracy and literacy
Be able to multitask and work to a consistently high standard through a varied work load
