RED Global: Change Management Consultant - Permanent Position in London
Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving organizational change? Red Global, on behalf of our global client, is seeking a talented Change Management Consultant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Apply end-to-end change management principles across diverse clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of the entire project lifecycle.
Must have experience of at least part of the end to end supply chain (procurement, goods inbound, quality, warehousing, logistics, planning, manufacturing)
Actively assist the broader team in client-related tasks.
Proactively identify issues and risks, seeking resolution promptly and escalating when necessary.
Ensure a smooth transition of deliverables to clients.
Produce clear and concise client correspondence and reports, adapting my communication style to achieve the desired outcome.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a similar consulting role.
Skillset includes project scoping, insight gathering, problem solving, strategy development, influencing, intervention planning, and effective written and verbal communication.
Experience managing change related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Experience with SAP is ideal but any other ERP is ok
Possessing a certification in Change Management would be advantageous.
Familiarity with SAP is also considered advantageous.
