Description

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and cashflow to guide business planning.

Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Support decision-making through in-depth financial modelling and analysis.

Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment across the business.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Lead and develop a small team to support financial operations.

Present financial reports and findings to senior management.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.

Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Proven leadership skills to manage and develop a team.

Familiarity with the manufacturing sector is a plus.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000 dependent on the level of experience.
