My client is a growing, nationwide business looking for an NetSuite Admin to take ownership of their NetSuite platform and wider business applications.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with NetSuite, working closely with stakeholders and finding ways to improve systems and processes.The roleYou’ll provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and other connected business applications, while playing a key role in the ongoing development and optimisation of the NetSuite platform.You’ll work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and external technology partners to troubleshoot issues, deliver improvements and help shape the future technology roadmap.Key responsibilitiesProvide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applicationsConfigure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searchesTroubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causesSupport and maintain integrations, APIs and data flowsWork with third-party applications and integration partnersLead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testingSupport Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuiteIdentify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiencyMaintain strong data quality and system governanceManage tickets, priorities and SLAsProduce and maintain technical and support documentationProvide user guidance and training where requiredContribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architectureWork with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutionsWhat we're looking forStrong hands-on NetSuite experienceGood understanding of core Finance processes within NetSuiteExperience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environmentsKnowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applicationsExperience with workflows, roles, permissions, forms and saved searchesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsComfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAble to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of projectsCommercial mindset with an eye for process improvement and automationExcellent communication skills and a proactive approachThis would suit someone who wants to move beyond traditional NetSuite support and take real ownership of the platform, helping shape how the business uses technology as it continues to grow.
