Coordinator

Location: Thetford, Norfolk

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 DOE

Contract: Permanent

The Opportunity

An established and growing business is looking for a highly organised Coordinator to join its team in Thetford.

This is a busy and varied role where you'll be responsible for planning schedules, coordinating field-based personnel, liaising with clients and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from start to finish. You'll become the central point of contact between customers, operational teams and internal stakeholders, helping to keep everything running smoothly.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating appointments and work schedules across multiple projects.

Managing diaries and calendars for field-based personnel.

Acting as the main point of contact between clients, operational teams and internal departments.

Arranging appointments and confirming schedules with customers.

Ensuring all relevant information and documentation is available ahead of planned activities.

Monitoring schedules and responding effectively to changes, cancellations and shifting priorities.

Keeping clients informed and maintaining excellent levels of customer service.

Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.

Supporting the smooth handover and progression of projects.

Resolving scheduling, communication and logistical issues as they arise.

Working closely with colleagues to ensure a professional and seamless customer experience. About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with customers and colleagues.

Detail-focused with strong administrative skills.

Calm under pressure and adaptable when priorities change.

Proactive, dependable and able to work independently.

IT literate and comfortable learning new systems.

A natural coordinator who enjoys bringing people and processes together. Previous experience within a coordination, scheduling, planning, service administration or diary-management role would be highly desirable. Direct industry experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. We're more interested in finding someone with excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach and the ability to keep multiple moving parts on track.

What's on Offer?

Salary of £24,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.

Bonus incentive scheme.

Workplace pension.

Holiday entitlement.

Full training and ongoing support.

Modern office environment.

The opportunity to join an established and growing business.

Long-term career development opportunities and genuine scope for progression. If you're an organised scheduler, coordinator or administrator looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you
