The Opportunity

They are hiring

two Senior Java Developers

to play a key role in delivering long-term, high-impact projects while helping shape the future of the platform and wider engineering function.

Youll join a

high-performing team of 20+ engineers , working on a mix of

greenfield and evolving systems , contributing across a

full-stack, microservices architecture .

its an opportunity to

build technology that directly improves lives .

What Youll Be Doing

Designing and developing

scalable Java-based microservices

Contributing to

greenfield development and system architecture

Building

full-stack functionality

(Java backend + JavaScrip

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders across the business

Driving best practices in

CI/CD, testing, and software quality

Supporting delivery of long-term strategic projects

Mentoring junior developers and contributing to team growth

Playing a role in shaping technical direction and engineering standards

Key Skills & Experience

Strong commercial experience in

Java

Proven experience developing

microservices architectures

Solid experience with

SQL / relational databases

Frontend experience with

JavaScript

Experience with

CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Strong understanding of

software engineering principles and best practices

Experience working in

Agile environments

Desirable Experience

Experience with

AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms

Familiarity with

Spring Boot or modern Java frameworks

Experience working on

SaaS platforms

Background in

large-scale or regulated environments
