The Benefits - Competitive annual salary + bonus potential- Company car/ car allowance provided- Contributory pension scheme- 33 days’ holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays- Discounts and cashback on shopping, supermarkets, and holidays as part of our rewards scheme- Salary Sacrifice Schemes including Cycle to Work- Full induction with great training and support- Receive a treat on your birthday- Be a part of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) and the associated benefits of having a stake in the company The Role As a Regional Service Manager (Midlands), you will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Service Team across the Midlands, including Sheffield.Ensuring decisions are in line with business needs and customer requirements, you will help implement and deliver plans to achieve and maintain service contracts within customer sites.Reporting to the Regional Head of Service (North) and working closely with Account Managers, Service Supervisors and Service Technicians, you will ensure high-quality customer service is delivered throughout your region and safety and financial goals are achieved.You will be part of a rota for Duty Manager, out of hours.Additionally, you will:- Be a member of the service management team and actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, seeking ways to improve processes and control costs- Analyse and take ownership of service activity and KPIs to highlight areas of concern and execute agreed improvement plans- Take overall responsibility for Health and Safety within the area- Ensure that HR policies are understood and adhered to- Take responsibility for team planning to include management of holidays and training- Take overall accountability for shift planning / rota management- Work to and keep within a budget as directed- Ensure staff have been given the correct training and are able to work effectively and safely- Take accountability for producing and presenting data sets relating to service delivery levels at regular customer meetings- Manage and mentor the local Supervisors and Technicians- Regularly visit sites to support daily operational issues and improvement plans- Manage and lead project initiatives throughout the business where required- Produce customer reports and attend customer meetingsWorking 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.
