Staffline is recruiting Chefs in Wrexham.

The rate of pay is:
- Days £14.15 per hour
- Nights £15.22 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid at:
- Days £20.48 per hour
- Nights £22.08 per hour

This is a full-time role, and the hours of work are:
- 4 on 4 off, 6am to 6pm
- 4 on 4 off, 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Chef you will be responsible for:

- Producing sauces to the specification recorded on the cook sheet. To complete all documentation associated with the cooking process to the standard required.
- Taking personal responsibility for ingredients and raw materials. To have in-depth knowledge of all materials used in the cooking process.
- Attending sensory evaluation sessions and using the knowledge gained to ensure that sauces are cooked to the correct specification.
- Supplying high-risk assembly with the correctly cooked sauce at the time it is required.
- Keeping the work environment safe and clean to the standard required by health and safety and hygiene legislation.

- Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ qualifications - Food and Drink.
- Experience gained in manufacturing or hospitality kitchens is desirable.
- Willingness to undertake personal development initiatives to achieve personal and organisational objectives.
- Punctual and reliable
- Working as part of a team
- Problem-solving and ability to use own initiative
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
