• Strong desire to develop your leadership/management/supervisory experience

• An eye for fashion and are aware on all the latest trends
• Strong experience in leading a face-to-face customer environment

The Lovisa Arctic Shores Task-Based Assessment consists of a series of interactive and intuitive online tasks, designed to measure your natural strengths and future potential. No advance preparation is required and every candidate receives their own personalised feedback report sent directly to their inbox straight after completing
