Lead Private Client Department.
Manage own caseload.
Deliver an accurate, high quality, on time service to clients.
Provide advice to property and family law teams as required.
Meet personal and team financial targets.
Qualification and Experience
Qualified solicitor in Scotland.
Over a decade of experience in private client matters, encompassing Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Executries, Guardianships.
STEP Qualified, member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Proficiency in team leadership.
Demonstrated commercial awareness.
Computer skills and familiarity with case management systems.
On Offer
Salary up to £130,000p.a.
Full time hours, Mon-Fri.
Hybrid, flexible and agile working.
