The successful Structural Engineer will work closely with experienced surveying and engineering professionals, providing practical structural and civil engineering advice to clients across a broad range of properties and projects.
As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for inspecting buildings and structures, preparing calculations and technical reports, and developing suitable engineering solutions. The position will involve both site-based and office-based work, with regular interaction with clients, consultants and other construction professionals.

The successful Structural Engineer will need strong technical knowledge alongside the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical clients.
The ideal Structural Engineer will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a closely related discipline, alongside relevant UK industry experience.
Membership of, or progress towards membership with, a relevant professional body such as ICE or IStructE would be advantageous. Chartered or working towards Chartered Engineer status is also desirable.
A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to sites will be important for the role.
